The Bella Vista Designs crew was busy at work this January helping to put together the 2014 Santa Barbara International Film Festival. This year’s film festival was kicked off at the annual opening night gala at the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center, with a decor inspired by Steven Spielberg’s classic film, “The Color Purple”. We were thrilled once again to be able to provide lighting, audio, draping, and power throughout the event space, bringing together a fun and lively party atmosphere for guests to eat, drink, and dance the night away in. Bella Vista Designs was pleased to work with UGG Australia and Kim Curtis at Toast Santa Barbara in creating this Puerto Rican inspired design for the UGG Australia Pavilion Lounge at the Lobero theater. This is where film makers and VIP guest spent their days relaxing and socializing, while also getting to enjoy UGG’s newly released home furniture collection. Their new home line is all the plush comfort of their famous UGG sheep fleece boots, but transformed into luxurious pillows, rugs, and poufs! A combination, of course, that can do no wrong.
We also had the pleasure of working with Strategic Group in making the Hennessy VIP After Party an absolute knock-out event. Hennessy’s newly released “Paradis Imperial” was happily poured throughout the night for guests to enjoy, especially to such guests as Oprah Winfrey, Martin Scorsese, and Leonardo Dicaprio!
